摘要
目的:对基层医院推行敞开式柜台式药房服务模式的改进和完善。方法:对诸暨市人民医院实施敞开式柜台式药房服务模式管理的优缺点进行回顾分析。结果:确立了基层药房的工作目标和原则。结论:提高医院药学服务意识,建立并完善规范化管理体系,保证药品质量和药学服务工作质量。
Objective To improve the practice of over the-counter pharmary service model, Methods The advantages and disadvantages in implementing the over--the--counter service model in pharmary of our hospital were reviewed and analyzed. Results The working objectives and principles of the pharmary were established. Conclusions The countermeasures were put forward by raising service awareness of hospital pharmacy ,establishing and perfecting normative management systems and ensuring medicine quality and service quality of pharmacy.
