摘要 通过数值模拟的方法对双转子连续混炼机混炼流场中的混合指数进行计算和分析,结果表明:该混炼机混合性能优异。在转子和料筒之间的区域,混合指数为0.5左右,物料主要承受剪切作用;在两个转子之间的流域中,混合指数介于0.5~0.8之间,物料以承受拉伸作用为主,其间交替出现小范围的以剪切作用为主的区域,这非常有利于分散和分布混合;在混炼段整个流域中,70%以上体积分数的物料承受着好于简单剪切的剪切或拉伸作用。 The mixing index in the mixing process of the double rotor continuous mixer is analyzed and calculated by means of numerical simulation.The result indicates:The mixer has high mixing efficiency.The feeding materials bear under the shear forces mainly in the mixing field between the rotor and the material cylinder,and the mixing index is approximately 0.5;the materials bear under the tensile forces mainly in field between the two rotors,and where the materials bear the shear forces mainly in some field in the loophole.This has the benefit to distributing evenly,and the mixing index is 0.5 to 0.8.During the whole field,70% of the materials bear both the shear forces and the tensile forces rather than the shear forces or the tensile forces only.
