摘要
目的:观察在严密监视与良好护理条件下实施无痛人工流产术的临床效果。方法:选择110例自愿要求使用芬太尼、丙泊酚麻醉下行无痛人工流产术的早孕妇女,同时进行积极的临床观察与护理。结果:所有产妇平稳度过手术,阴道出血少,手术时间短,镇痛效率为100%。110例无一例因为护理不当而出现感染或手术、麻醉并发症;术后经观察30～60min后,由家人陪同平安离院。结论:无痛人工流产术消除了产妇对人工流产术的恐惧感。由于没有疼痛的刺激,大大减少了对身体的损害,同时良好的观察与护理有助于产妇的身体恢复。
Objective：To observe clinical effect of close monitoring and good care and painless abortion under the conditions of the implementation.Methods：110 cases of voluntary required to use Fentanyl,Propofol painless abortion in early pregnancy women,while for active clinical observation and care.Results：All mothers smoothly through the surgery,less bleeding,shorter operative time,analgesic efficiency was 100%.None of them occured infection because of improper care or surgery,anesthesia complications;after surgery were observed 30-60 minites later,accompanied by their families safe discharge.Conclusion：The elimination of the maternal painless abortion artificial abortion fear.In the absence of pain stimulation,greatly reducing the damage to the body,while a good observation and care contribute to maternal body recovery.
