摘要
目的:检测胃癌组织中KISS-1和基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)蛋白的表达。方法:应用免疫组织化学SP法分别检测45例胃癌组织及配对远离胃癌手术切缘的正常组织中KISS-1和MMP-9蛋白的表达。结果:胃癌组织及配对正常组织中KISS-1蛋白的阳性表达率分别为35.6%(16/45)和88.9%(40/45),2者相比,差异有统计学意义(χ2=16.531,P<0.001);MMP-9蛋白的阳性表达率分别为60.0%(27/45)和8.9%(4/45),2者相比,差异有统计学意义(χ2=17.926,P<0.001)。胃癌组织中KISS-1和MMP-9蛋白的表达均与胃癌浸润深度及有无淋巴结转移有关(χ2分别为9.652、5.670和9.050、5.351,P均<0.05)。胃癌组织中2者的表达有关联(rP=0.469,P<0.001)。结论:KISS-1和MMP-9的表达和胃癌的发生发展及浸润转移有关,联合检测2者有望用于胃癌的早期诊断和预后判断。
Aim:To detect the expression of KISS-1 and MMP-9 proteins in gastric carcinoma tissue.Methods:The expressions of KISS-1 and MMP-9 proteins in 45 cases of gastric carcinoma and matched normal gastric mucosa tissue were detected by using immunohistochemical SP method.Results:The positive expression rates of KISS-1 protein in gastric carcinoma and normal gastric mucosa tissue were 35.6%(16/45) and 88.9%(40/45),respectively,and the difference was significant (χ2=16.531,P0.001).The positive expression rates of MMP-9 protein in gastric carcinoma and normal gastric mucosa tissue were 60.0%(27/45) and 8.9%(4/45),respectively,and the difference was significant(χ2=17.926,P0.001).In gastric carcinoma tissue,the expressions of KISS-1 and MMP-9 proteins were related with infiltration depth and lymphatic metastasis(χ2=9.652,5.670 and 9.050,5.351,P0.05). The expressions of KISS-1 and MMP-9 in gastric carcinoma tissue were associated(rp=0.469,P0.001).Conclusion:The expressions of KISS-1 and MMP-9 are closely related with the oncogenesis,development,infiltration and metastasis of gastric carcinoma. KISS-1 and MMP-9 protein may be molecular markers in the early diagnosis and prognosis of gastric carcinoma.
