摘要
目的研究子宫内膜异位症腹腔镜手术后联合米非司酮和中药治疗的效果。方法将138例子宫内膜异位症腹腔镜手术后患者随机分为3组:米非司酮组48例,米非司酮加中药组46例,对照组44例。比较3组患者术后疗效,术后复发、妊娠及药物副反应。结果对照组术后有效率显著低于其他两组(P<0.05)复发率显著高于其它两组(P<0.05),米非司酮加中药组比其余两组术后妊娠率高(P<0.05),并且副反应少。结论腹腔镜联合米非司酮和中药治疗子宫内膜异位症,治疗效果好,复发率低,能明显提高患者妊娠率,减少副反应,值得推广。
Objective To explore of combination of laparoscopy and mifepristone and chinese medicine in treatment of endometrisis.Methods 138 cases with endometriosis affer laparoscoic operation were divided into 3 groups：mifepristone group was 48 cases,mifepristone and chinese medicine group was 46 cases,control group was 44 cases The efficaay,relapse rate,pregnancy rate and side effect were compared among these three gronps.Results Theefficacy in control group was obvious worse than that in the other two groups（P0.05）;the relapse rate in control group was higher than that in the other two groups（P0.05） The pregnancy rate in infertility patients after operation of mifepristone and chinese medicine group was higher than that in the other two groups（P0.05） and minor sideeffect method.Conclusion Laparoscopy and mifeprisone and chinese medicinein the treatment of endometriosis,cure effective,relapse to lead low,ability obvious exaltation sufferer gestation rate,reduce pair reaction,Be worth expanding.
