摘要
从昆明市水资源状况和开发利用情况入手,分析了管理水资源,合理开发、利用水资源方面存在的问题,提出了对策措施。
The present situation of water resource utilization and water environment quality of Kunming are analyzed,based on which,the existing problems on water resource management and proper development and utilization are pointed out.The countermeasures are put forward.
