摘要
从TGS813传感器工作原理出发,介绍了可燃气体检测的基本原理。采用低功耗的MSP430F149单片机为主控制器,TGS813传感器实现信号采集,并用NRF905芯片设计了无线数据传输部分。软件部分主要对测量值所受温度的影响进行了修正,提高了测量精度,并控制通信模块实现无线数据传输。实验表明:该装置精度高于±5%F.S,并可实现空旷地带330m的无线传输,可以满足大部分工业需要。
The basic principle of combustible gas detection is introduced from the working principle of TGS813 sensor. Low-power single-chip MSP430F149 is taken as the main controller of the hardware. TGS813 sensor is used to achieve signal acquisition. The part of wireless data transmission is designed by NRF905 chip. Measured value influenced by temperature were amended in the software part, which improved measurement precision, and controlled the communication module to achieve wireless data transmission. The experiments show that the precision of the system is higher than ± 5 % F. S. , and wireless transporting distance of 330 meters can be achieved in open area. This system can meet most industries' needs.
