摘要
"分层次教学"是一种符合因材施教原则的教学方法,能更贴近高职学生的实际,正确把握学生的差异,使数学教学真正做到以人为本,因材施教,充分唤起学生的主动参与,促进每一位学生的持续发展,让不同层次的学生通过一定的努力获得成功的喜悦,收到良好的教学效果,为培养多规格、多层次的人才提供有效的措施。
Level-division teaching means to carry out teaching in accordance with students' individual differences.In this way students' are individually concerned and motivated.It can make students of different level achieve sustainable development and success,thus reaching sound teaching results and cultivating multi-level talents.
