攀钢高炉入炉原料优化处理控制技术

摘要 近年来,由于国内外优质的矿石和炼焦煤资源日益紧张,为保证高炉稳定顺行,攀钢在冶炼钒钛磁铁矿技术的认识上有了新的技术理念,树立高炉"均衡稳定"生产为目标。为此,在入炉原料的"精料"工作上进行技术攻关,采用合理的炉料结构,优化入炉原料的处理控制技术,提高鼓风动能的同时,合理进行"上下部调剂"等有效的技术措施。2008年至2009年9月在综合入炉品位仅为50.39%的条件下,高炉的利用系数均达到了2.319t/m3.d,焦比降到468 kg/tp煤比达到116.22 kg/tp,烧结矿的入炉粉末降到了1.53%。 In recent years, due to the high quality ore and coking coal resources in the increasingly tense, in order to Yasumasa stable antegrade BF, Panzhihua V-Ti magnetite in smelting technology, a new understanding of the technical concepts and establish BF "balanced stability" production target,for which the raw materials into the furnace," concentrate" the work of technical research, using a reasonable bur- den structure, optimize the processing of raw materials into the furnace control technology to improve blast kinetic energy at the same time, reasonable for " upper and lower transfers" and so effective technical measures.
