摘要
文章针对株冶自动厢式压滤机拉板系统的几处缺陷,提出了在该电气系统中使用变频器来提高送钩、拉板过程的平滑性,并利用变频器对拉板电机的多功能控制实现拉钩换向过程中理论上无机械冲击的一套全新的控制方案,对其控制原理进行了较为详细的阐述。目前,根据该方案已成功地对2台厢式压滤机进行了改造。
Aim at some defects of the Automatic Carriage Filtering Machine which are used in Zhuzhou Smelter Group, this article proposes a new solution which is using inverter to advance the smoothness in the electrical process of the sending hook and pulling plate, and to eliminate the mechanical shock theoretically to solve these problems. This article also gives a detailed introduce to the principle of the above control process. Presently, this project has achieved success at field practice stage on two Automatic Carriage Filtering Machine.
