摘要
针对烟草行业自动化分拣系统特有的工艺流程,提出了用可编程控制器(PLC)控制系统代替中间继电器控制的方法,通过对系统硬件软件的设计实现了系统集中管理、分散控制的要求。PLC控制系统在烟草分拣系统的推广运用,验证了其可靠性特点,保证了系统的安全运行和有效节能。
Aiming at the specialized technical process of tobacco industry, a programmable logic controller (PLC) system was used to replace intermediate relay control method. Via design of the system's hardware and software, requirements of the system's centralized management and dispersed control were realized. Extension and application of the PLC system in tobacco sorting line verify the characteristic of reliability, which ensures that the system runs safely with energy saving effectively.
