摘要
测定Aroclor 1248对大弹涂鱼96 h的半数致死浓度(LC50);进而以浓度为10和100μg/L的Aroclor1248溶液对大弹涂鱼经口染毒28 d,测定其总SOD、CAT、GPx、活性以及脂质过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果表明Aroclor1248对大弹涂鱼的96 h LC50为295.15μg/L。暴露于10μg/L Aroclor 1248 28 d的大弹涂鱼SOD活性明显大于空白和100μg/L剂量组(p<0.05),添加Aroclor 1248的实验组中CAT活性均高于对照组,100μg/L Aroclor 1248强度下GPx活性明显高于其他三组(p<0.05),10μg/L Aroclor 1248强度下GPx活性略高于对照组。100μg/L Aroclor 1248强度中MDA明显高于其他三组(p<0.05),表明Aroclor1248对大弹涂鱼抗氧化和脂质过氧化系统有明显干扰作用。
The 96 h LC50 of Aroclor 1248 for Boleophthalmus pectinirostris was determined, and then B. pectinlrostris were exposed orally to 10 and 100μg/L of Aroclor 1248 solution for 28 d, and the total SOD, CAT and GPx activity and the lipid peroxidation product malondialdehyde (MDA) content were measured. Results showed the to 96 h LC50 of Aroclor1248 for B. pectinirostris was 295. 15μg/ L. SOD activity exposed to 10μg/L Aroclor 1248 was greater than the controls and 100μg/L treatment (p〈0.05). CAT activity of the Aroclor 1248 treatment is without exception higher than the controls. GPx activity and MDA content of 100 μg/L treatment were higher than the other three groups (p〈0.05), and the GPx activity of 10 μg/L treatment was a little higher than the controls. Those indicated that Aroclor 1254 could obviously disturb the antioxidation and lipid peroxidation system of B. -pectinirostris.
