摘要 拮抗菌制剂是一种安全、无毒、有效的生物保鲜剂。综述了用于果蔬采后病害防治的拮抗菌主要种类、使用途径、拮抗机理及增强拮抗菌生物防治效果的措施。 The antagonistic fungus agent is a safe,non-poisonous and effective biological preservation agent.The paper reviews kinds,utilization paths and antagonistic mechanism of antagonistic fungus agents for post-harvest diseases control of fruits and vegetables,and puts forward measures to improve the biological control effect also.
