测井车绞车系统调速回路的优化设计 被引量:2

摘要 在某些特殊项目测井作业时,为了保证测井仪器数据采集的稳定性和可靠性,要求测井绞车最低电缆输送速度从原来的3m/min降为0.5m/min。为了满足工况要求,采用PLC控制,在对原有测井车绞车系统液压回路兼容的基础上进行设计优化,使绞车系统能够根据测井作业的速度要求分别实现容积调速和电液比例节流调速两种调速功能。本文着重介绍了改造后的测井车绞车系统的工作原理、元件匹配及相关技术,对于今后测井车绞车系统的设计、制造具有一定的指导意义。现场使用证明,改造后的绞车系统设计合理、控制简便精确、性能稳定,可以完全满足测井作业的工况需要。 In some special logging projects,in order to ensure the stability and reliability of the data collected by the logging tools,it is required that the minimum hoist line speed of the logging truck be lowered from 3m/min to 0.5/min.To satisfy this operating condition requirement,we have adopted the PLC control to optimize the speed control circuit of the logging truck hoist system,so that the system may adjust the pump control circuit and the proportional speed control throttling circuit respectively in accordance to the speed requirement of the logging project.This article focuses on the principle of operation,the matching of components,and related techniques in the optimized logging truck hoist system.It may serve as a useful guide for the future design and manufacture of logging truck hoist systems.Actual usages proved that the optimized logging truck hoist system is reasonably designed,easy and precise to control,and stable in performance.It can fully satisfy the operating condition requirement of logging projects.
