摘要
目的研究六味能消胶囊对幽门结扎型大鼠胃溃疡模型的影响及其作用机制。方法采用幽门结扎法制备大鼠胃溃疡模型,观察溃疡指数,测其胃液量、胃液总酸度、胃蛋白酶活性;制备胃组织匀浆,测其一氧化氮(NO)、丙二醛(MDA)的含量及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性。结果六味能消胶囊对幽门结扎型胃溃疡大鼠的溃疡、胃液量、总酸度及胃蛋白酶活性均有明显的抑制作用,能显著增加胃组织中NO含量和SOD活性,降低MDA的含量。结论六味能消胶囊具有一定的抗胃溃疡作用。
OBJECTIVE To research the effect of Liuwei Nengxiao capsule on pyloric-ligation ulcer model and discuss the mechanism.METHODS Gastric ulcer model in rats was induced by pyloric-ligation to observe ulcer index of all groups,measure the gastric juice volume,total acidity,the activity of pepsin.Gastric tissue homogenates were prepared to determine the content of nitric oxide（NO）,the activity of superoxide dismutase（SOD）and the content of malondialdehyde（MDA）.RESULTS Liuwei Nengxiao capsule had a significant inhibitory effect on the ulcer level,gastric juice volume,total acidity,the activity of pepsin in pyloric-ligation rats ulcer model.Furthermore,it could significantly increase NO content and SOD activity and reduce MDA content.CONCLUSION Liuwei Nengxiao capsules have the anti-ulcer effect.
