血浆同型半胱氨酸水平对脑梗死发病的影响 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨脑梗死(CI)患者血中同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)浓度及其相关因子与CI发病危险因素的关系。方法对首次发病的脑梗死患者空腹采血,测定血浆Hcy、叶酸、维生素B12的质量浓度。同时空腹采血测定血糖、血清总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、三酰甘油(TG)及肝肾功能。另选择69例健康体检者作为对照组进行比较。结果 CI患者血浆Hcy水平明显高于对照组,2组间叶酸、维生素B12的质量浓度无显著性差异。血脂正常组与血脂异常组血浆Hcy水平比较无显著性差异。糖尿病组与无糖尿病组血浆Hcy水平比较有显著性差异。结论血浆Hcy浓度升高是CI发生的一个独立危险因素,血浆Hcy浓度升高并不是完全由于叶酸、维生素B12缺乏导致,补充叶酸治疗可作为CI及糖尿病患者高Hcy血症的防治方案。
