壳聚糖树脂的制备及对印染废水的吸附性研究 被引量:10

摘要 采用化学交联法,将壳聚糖制成壳聚糖树脂(CCTS),在酸、碱性溶液和强极性溶剂中,经戊二醛交联制得的壳聚糖树脂具有良好的交联度和耐腐蚀性.采用壳聚糖树脂吸附印染废水,当CCTS质量浓度为2.0 g/L、印染废水pH值为3~4时,经过2.5 h,吸附达到平衡.壳聚糖树脂吸附染料后,可在稀酸溶液中迅速脱附再生,重复使用,且其吸附能力变化较小. Chitosan resin(CCTS) were prepared from chitosan through chemical cross-linking method.The chitosan resin crosslinked by glutaraldehyde had good crosslinking degree and corrosion resistance.The chitosan resin was used to adsorb dyeing wastewater and the adsorption reached equilibrium after 2.5 h when the con-centration of chitosan resin was 2.0 g/L and the pH value of dyeing wastewater was 3~4.The chitosan resin could be rapidly regenerated in diluted acid solution after adsorption of dye.It could be reused and the adsorption ability changed a little.
