摘要
目的:建立一种穿琥宁注射液含量测定方法,用于生产和市场监督。方法:以Dikma C_(18) 5μm 250mm×4.6mm为色谱柱;以0.05%磷酸二氢钾溶液(用磷酸调节pH值至2.5)-甲醇(6:13)为流动相;以外标法计算峰面积。结果:该法回收率为99.76%,表明该法用于穿琥宁注射液含量测定是可行的。结论:该法简便易行,结果准确,可用于穿琥宁注射液含量测定。
Objective: To establish an HPLC method for the determination of the content of Potassium Dehydroandrograpelide Suecinate Injection. Methods: The HPLC was on a Dikma C18 column(5 um 250mm × 4.6mm) at room temperature,using the mobile phase of 0.05% Potassium Dihydrosen Phospate-Methanol ( 6:13 ), Calculate the contents according to the peak area with external standard.Results : The average recovery of sample was 99.54%.It shows this method is feasible to determine Potassium Dehydroandrograpolide Succinate Injection.Conclusion:The method is simple convenient and accurate,It can be used for the inspection of Potassium Dehydroandrograpolide Succinate Injection.
