摘要
东明石化集团公司120万t/a高硫重油综合利用项目2万m3卷帘式干式气柜基础采用了与常规罐基础锥形面不同做法的球形面,施工时基础标高、平滑度难以控制,安装时容易导致柜底钢板无法与沥青砂紧密结合等问题。文章从气柜基础的施工难点、土壤拌合层和灰土层的施工、中砂垫层和沥青砂层的施工及沥青砂层标高误差实测值等方面论述了这一球形面基础的施工和控制过程。
The base of a 2×104 m3 roller shutter type dry seal gas holder in the 120×104 t/a high sulphur heavy oil comprehensive utilization project in Dongming Petrochemical Co.has a spherical surface that is distinct from the conical surface of traditional tank base.It brings some difficulties such as difficult controls of base elevation and smoothness during construction,difficult tight connection between the gas holder steel bottom and the asphaltic sand.This paper discusses the construction and control procedures of the spherical surface base in aspects of difficult construction points,constructions of mixed soil layer,lime-soil layer,medium sand mat layer and asphaltic sand layer as well as elevation measurement error of asphaltic sand layer.
