摘要
为将裂缝高度控制在油气层内,研究了岩石物质特性、施工参数、地层应力差和其他作业条件对缝高的影响。研究表明,产层和隔层的水平地应力差对裂缝垂向延伸影响非常显著,断裂韧性对缝高影响不大,施工排量明显影响裂缝尺寸,同时总结出控制裂缝缝高的3种方法:即人工隔层控制缝高、利用施工排量来控制缝高、利用压裂液黏度和密度控制缝高。采用倍数法和计算法对胜利油田梁8-平1井进行了产能预测。现场应用结果显示,压裂施工采用人工隔层控制缝高技术取得了明显效果。
This paper analyzes the effects of petrophysical property,operation parameters,in situ stress and other operation conditions on fracture height in order to control fractures in a reservoir.The study shows that,the horizontal terrestrial stress difference between pay zone and impervious bed has an evident effect on vertical fracture extent,the fracture toughness has little effect on fracture height,and the discharge capacity has an obvious effect on fracture size.Meanwhile 3 methods of controlling fracture height are generalized,i.e.by using artificial barrier,discharge capacity,and fracturing fluid viscosity and density.The productivity of Well Liang 8-Ping 1 in Shengli Oilfield was forecasted by using multiple method and calculation method.The result of field application has demonstrated that artificial barrier is an effective way of controlling fracture height.
