摘要
通过在新疆新和县萨福克羊颗粒冷冻精液的制作,结合笔者多年冷冻精液制作的经验,总结了肉用羊的冷冻精液制作过程,包括:采精公羊质量要求、精液的稀释、稀释方法、精液平衡、精液冷冻、精液解冻等方法。
This article analyzed about made the cryopreeservation on sprem of sapal sheep in Xinhe,and depends many years of experiences,writer reviewed the operation in this article,including： requst for buck quality,dilution on strict,the technique of dilution,dilution’s equation,sprem’s cryopreeservate and sprem’s thaw and so on.
