摘要
以聚乙烯醇(PVA)为还原剂和分散稳定剂,制备了Ag纳米粒子(AgNPs)和PVA-AgNPs复合膜。利用紫外-可见分光光度法(UV-Vis)验证了AgNPs的生成,利用透射电镜(TEM)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、热重分析(TGA)、X射线衍射(XRD)等方法表征了膜的结构。结果表明,Ag纳米粒子均匀分散在PVA基体中,粒径大多介于4~12nm之间;二者之间存在一定的相互作用,提高了PVA的热稳定性;Ag纳米粒子呈立方晶系结晶。
The silver nanoparticles(AgNPs)and PVA-AgNPs composite film were prepared using polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)as reducing agent and stabilizing agent.A UV-Vis spectrum was applied to confirm the formation of AgNPs and the structure of the film was characterized by TEM,XPS,XRD and TGA.The results showed that AgNPs were distributed in PVA material with 4-12 nm particle size.They had a certain mutual reaction.TGA showed that the PVA had higher thermal stability;Ag particle size was cubic silver.
