摘要
以王水(体积分数为20%)作移动相,以硅胶球负载的TBP作固定相,反相萃取层析使微量Au(Ⅲ)、Tl(Ⅲ)与Fe3+、Cu2+、Ag+、Zn2+、Mn2+、Hg2+、Cd2+、Pb2+、Sb5+、As5+、Ga3+、In3+、Pt2+、Pd2+等多种离子分离,留于柱上的铊、金分别用NaAc溶液(量浓度为1mol/L)及Na2SO3溶液(质量浓度为10g/L)洗脱进行连续分离与测定(结晶紫光度法测定铊,孔雀绿光度法测定金),回收率可达96%以上,方法已应用于地质样品中金、铊的连续分离与测定。
Using chlorazotic acid[φ(chlorazotic acid)=20%] as mobile phase,with tri butyl phosphate on sillca gel as the stationary phase,Gold(Ⅲ) and Thallium(Ⅲ) can be separated from Fe 3+ 、Cu 2+ 、Ag + 、Zn 2+ 、Mn 2+ 、Hg 2+ 、Cd 2+ 、Pb 2+ 、Sb 5+ 、As 5+ 、Ga 3+ 、In 3+ 、Pt 2+ 、Pd 2+ etc by reversed phase extraction chromatography.Gold(Ⅲ) and Thallium(Ⅲ) on the column,were released with sodium acetate solution (1mol/L) and sodium sulfite solution (10g/L) respectively for continuous separation and determination [thallium(Ⅲ) is determined by crystal violet spectrophotometry,gold(Ⅲ) is determined by malachite green spectrophotometry].Recovery rate is over 96%.The method has been successfully applied to the continuous separation and determination of trace amounts of gold(Ⅲ) and thallium (Ⅲ) in geologycal samples.
