摘要
含酞菁和咔唑两种供电子基团的聚酰亚胺共聚物单分子复合膜,其分子链之间的紧密堆积和有序排列有利于光生载流子的迁移,光电导性能指标优于涂制膜.热处理时间、单分子膜层数等因素对光电导性能有重要影响.
The photoconductive properties of a series of Langmuir-Blodgett films of a polyimide copolymer containing both phthalocynine and carbazole groups were investigated. It was found that high charge mobility, in turn, high photoconductivity, can be reached due to the stacked arrangement and the small intermolecular distance in these polyimide Langmuir-Blodgett films. Furthermore, the monolayer number in the films and the heat-treatment time have a great influence on the photoconductive properties.
