摘要
本文在深入分析医学检验专业学生实践能力培养现状和存在问题的基础上，指出建立临床检验基本技能规范化培训及考核体系的目的和意义，进而介绍了南方医科大学南方医院医学检验系医学检验专业学生临床检验基本技能规范化培训及考核体系的框架结构和实施方案，并对该体系的实施效果做出了初步评价和判断。
Based on the status and problems in practicability cultivation for laboratory medicine students, this article indicates the intention for establishing a basic clinical skills＇ standardized training and examination assessment system and recommends the system frame in Nanfang Hospital, Southern Medical University, with evaluation of the system.
