摘要
本文通过对医学职业道德的基本内涵和特征的分析，指出医学职业道德的基本内涵是对医学生和医务人员从事医学职业行为的基本道德要求，其以善良总原则为前提，并兼有白求恩精神、医学理性精神的启示作用和医学职业道德底线的警示作用。善良总原则的切身实践、树立白求恩精神和医学职业道德底线的警示作用是医学职业道德内涵建设的核心内容。同时，探讨了对医学职业道德价值内涵的再认识。
The basic meaning of medical professional ethics is a basic requirement of the morality by analysing the connotation and character of medical professional ethics. It includes the premise by kindhearted general principle, inspiration effect of Bethune spirit and medical rational spirit, and caution action of medical ethics underline. It is the core of inner construction in medical professional ethics that the kind- hearted general principle of immediate concern to oneself practices, Bethune spirit is set up and caution action of medical ethics underline is advocated. And some key issues in the connotation construction of medical ethics were discussed.
