摘要
提出了一种流变混熔复合新方法,并用此方法制备了硅相增强锌基复合材料。利用透射电镜(TEM)观察了该复合材料微结构,发现:硅相本身的精细结构中存在大量的缺陷,硅相与基体以及基体晶粒之间的界面处有η相析出,其中粗大的η析出相是离异共晶组织。
