摘要
将"面子"文化作为中国管理生态分析的一个维度,从中国人"面子"的行为本质、运行机理、内在动因、功能效果、文化本源5个方面,探讨"面子"文化生态中管理的"黄金法则"。管理者要善于进行"印象整饰",选择有利于良性互动的管理风格和调控策略;管理者要掌握"迂回之道",化不利为有利,变危机为生机;管理者要学会"给人以求",实行情感管理、生涯管理和民主管理;管理者要灵活运用"面子"的规范作用对组织进行整合与激励,采取措施谨防组织中的"面子功夫";管理者要积极引导和建设具有现代精神的组织文化,纠正虚伪、狭隘和不公正的"面子观",通过文化管理促进人与组织的和谐发展。
Based on 'face' culture,this paper explores the golden rules of management from five aspects,which are the essence,the mechanism,the motivation,the effects,and cultural origins.Firstly,leaders should be good at Impression Management,choose the leading style and control strategies that are good for benign interaction.Secondly,It is necessary to have 'roundabout way',with which they can turn disadvantage into advantage,and crisis into opportunity;thirdly,they must learn how to "give people what they want",and implement emotional management,career management,and democratic management.Fourthly,they should maintain flexibility in the use of 'face' to integrate and encourage the organization,take measures to guard against the "Machivellianism"(mianzi kungfu) of the organizations.Finally,they should actively guide and build an organizational culture featured by modern spirits,and correct hypocritical,narrow-minded and unjust 'face' concept,and promote the harmonious development between individuals and organizations through cultural management.
