摘要
目的观察甲氨喋呤治疗异位妊娠的疗效和总结其护理经验。方法总结和分析采用甲氨喋呤治疗的79例异位妊娠患者的护理经验。结果保守治疗成功55例,24例保守治疗失败后行手术治疗,无论保守治疗还是转手术治疗的患者均取得了较好的疗效,本组无1例死亡,患者均治愈。结论全面掌握患者病情,严密观察药物的不良反应,做好患者的心理护理对提高疾病治疗效果具有积极的意义。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effectiveness of Methotrexatc in treating ectopic pregnancy and to summarize the nursing experience. Method Nursing experiences in caring for 79 patients with ectoplc pregnancy were summarized and analyzed. Results Fifty-five patients were cured by conservative treatment. The other 24 patients received operation after failure of conservative treatment. All patients had a turn for the better from both conservative treatment and operation, with no dead case. Conclusion Comprehensive understanding of patients＇ condition, therapeutic regimen and laboratory results, careful observation of adverse effect, and psychological nursing are of positive significance to improving theraneutic effectiveness.
