摘要
目的掌握河南省淡色库蚊对杀虫剂抗性状况,为制定防治对策提供依据。方法幼虫浸渍法。结果河南省对敌敌畏、氯菊酯、溴氰菊酯和氯氰菊酯都已产生抗性并呈上升趋势,尤其敌敌畏、溴氰菊酯和氯氰菊酯的抗性已很高,2005-2009年平均抗性指数分别为15.91、25.26和14.44倍。马拉硫磷的抗性指数稍有下降。结论对于蚊产生的抗药性,各地都应引起高度的重视,加强抗药性监测,采取适宜的防蚊措施,合理地使用杀虫剂,预防或减缓淡色库蚊对杀虫剂抗性的产生和发展。
Objective To investigate the resistance of Culex pipiens pallens to insecticides and provide scientific basis for the control of mosquito in the future.Methods Larvae immersion preparation. Results In Henan proviece,Culex.Pipiens pallens developed various level to DDVP,dchloro-phenothrin,deltamethrin and permethrin,the resistance level had the increasing tendency as the time went.The average resistance index got up to 15.91 to DDVP,25.26 to deltamethrin,14.14 to cypermethrin in 2005-2009.The resistance index to malathion dropped slightly.Conclusion It is necessary to pay more attention to the resistance of Culex pipiens pallens to insecticides.Further monitor,suitable control measures and reasonable application of insecticide are necessary to prevent or slow down the speed of resistance level.
