摘要
目的探讨放射科护理工作的特点,提高放射科护理质量。方法针对放射科各检查室的专科特色,确定护理工作范畴和岗位结构;完善流程、制度、标准和培训计划。结果实施规范化管理后患者满意度从85.80%提高到96.22%,健康教育执行率从50.27%提高到91.35%,对比剂毒副反应发生率及程度明显降低,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论放射科实施规范化管理,可以使护理水平提高。
Objective To explore the characteristics of nursing services in radiology department and the methods to improve the quality of nursing. Methods According to the specialty features of each examination room,the scope of nursing working and job structure were determined. Then the procedures, systems, standards,and training programs were perfected. Results After the implementation, the patient satisfaction increased from 85.80% to 96.22% ,the rate of health education increased from 50.27% to 91.35%, and the incidence and degree of the contrast agent toxicity responses reduced significantly （P 〈0.01 ）. Conclusion Standardized nursing management in radiology departments can improve the level of nursing services in radiology departments.
