摘要
绩效考核是通过一定的方法评价工作结果和工作过程,医疗质量是指医疗行为的质量,由于医疗质量的特殊性,使医疗质量的绩效考核具有复杂性等特点,现有的医疗质量绩效考核,往往不能客观、全面的反映医疗质量,因此提出以医疗核心制度为基础,以病种临床路径为依据,制定医疗质量绩效考核指标,以计算机信息管理为手段,进行医疗质量绩效考核。
Performance appraisal is used to evaluate work processes and results through some methods.Medical quality refers to the quality of medical behaviors,which has special nature,leading to the complexity of its performance appraisal.The available performance appraisal of medical quality often can't reflect medical quality objectively and comprehensively.Therefore,it is required to establish the performance indicators of medical quality based on medical core system and clinical pathway of disease entity and conduct performance appraisal considering computer information management as a means.
