摘要
当前,建立低碳经济社会成为协调经济发展和应对气候变化的一种基本途径,而对于城市环境问题的解决,生态城市建设成为一种新的理念和方法。首先提出了共生和循环是低碳经济社会背景下城市园林绿地建设的基本思路;其次总结了共生型、循环型(生态型)城市环境建设的方针和生态修复的重要性;最后,概括了共生型、循环型城市园林绿地建设的目标、规划设计手法。
At present,low-carbon economic society construction is a basic way to coordinate economic development and climate change,at same time,eco-city construction is a new theory and a new method to solve the urban environmental problem.At first,this paper puts forward that symbiosis and circulation are the basic thought of urban green space construction under low-carbon economic society;then,it sums up the guiding principle and the importance of ecological restoration in eco-city construction;at last,it summarizes the objective,planning and design method in symbiosis and circulation type of urban green space construction.
