阐述了质量成本管理的目的,分析了某公司质量成本运行管理的现状及存在的问题,探讨了质量成本管理工作中的一些具体措施,并提出了质量成本运行管理的几点初步的建议和设想。
This paper indicates the purpose of cost management for product quality, analyzes the real case from a certain company with its current situation and existing problems. At one time, practical approaches have been talked about when carry out the management. A couple of primary suggestions and assumptions are also stated by the author.
