摘要
本文在传统工艺的基础上,对鱼油中的多烯脂肪酸进行酯化,并对其酯化产物的提纯提出新的工艺路线即采用尿素包合法与高真空精馏法相结合的方法,以克服原有工艺中的不足,提高产品质量。
