摘要
以乙二胺四乙酸二钠(EDTA)为提取液,研究了过磷酸钙中有效磷含量的快速测定方法,考察了提取液用量以及提取温度和时间对有效磷提取率的影响,并采用磷钼酸喹啉容量法分析磷含量。研究结果表明:1 g过磷酸钙样品,以100 mL质量浓度为37.5 g/L的EDTA溶液作为提取液,在80℃±1℃恒温水浴振荡10 min,即可完全提取过磷酸钙中的有效磷;对过磷酸钙样品中的磷含量进行测试,测定结果与标准方法GB 20413—2006《过磷酸钙中有效磷含量测定》的测定结果相符,绝对偏差小于0.20%;精密度实验结果表明,相对标准偏差小于0.5%;新方法与标准方法相比,分析时间缩短了至少2.5 h。方法不仅有较高的准确度与精密度,还可以缩短测定时间,是一种快速、简便、准确的分析方法,完全能够满足现场生产要求的准确、快速的分析要求。
A rapid method for determination of available phosphorus in calcium superphosphate with disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate ( EDTA ) as extracting solution was studied. Influences of dosage of extracting solution, extraction temperature,and extraction time on extrating rate of available phosphorus were investigated and quinoline phosphomolybdate volumetric method was adopted to analyze the content of phosphorus. Research results showed that available phosphorus in 1 g calcium superphosphate sample can fully be extracted with 100 mL EDTA solution (37.5 g/L) oscillating in water bath for 10 min at 80℃ ± 1 ℃;determination results of this method accorded with those measured by the standard method, Determination of Available Phosphorus in Calcium Superphosphate, GB 20413---2006 and absolute deviation was less than 0. 20% ;precision test results showed that the relative standard deviation was less than 0.5 % ;additionally, analysis time of the new method reduced by at least 2.5 h comparing with the standard method. This method not only has high accuracy and precision,but also shortens the measurement time. Therefore, it is a rapid, simple, and accurate analysis method which is able to totally meet the field production analytical requirements.
