摘要 针对目前电网调度系统所面临的机遇和挑战,指出了准确认知电网运行状态的迫切性和重要性。通过梳理归纳国内外的电网运行标准和规程,结合调度人员的实际运行经验,提出并定义了反映电网运行状态的18个运行指标,并建立了电网运行指标体系。阐述了电力系统运行状态的新定义以及如何根据所建立的电网运行指标体系判断电网整体运行状态的标准。区别于传统的电力系统状态划分的这种电网状态划分方法更具有实用性和可靠性,该电网运行状态认知体系能够使调度运行人员更清晰、更准确地把握电网的运行状态,从而更好地控制电网的运行状态。 In view of the opportunities and challenges of grid dispatching system,the urgency and importance of accurately cognizing grid operation states was indicated.Through combing and inducing the domestic and foreign grid operation standards and codes,and combining with the practical operation experiences of the dispatching personal,the eighteen operation indexes responded grid operation were defined and proposed,and the grid operation indexes system were established.The new definition of the power system operation state,and the criteria of whole grid operation state were discussed,which used the established grid operation system indexes.This grid state division mode different from the traditional one has more practicality and reliability.The grid operation cognition system enables the dispatching operation personal more clearly and accurately to hold grid operation state,which better control the grid operation state.
