摘要
报道了小蘖碱与核酸(DNA)作用的荧光光谱.在pH值3.0~9.1范围内小蘖碱与DNA作用.荧光光谱发生了显著变化.λ_(ern)=531nm(λ_(ex)=362nm)的荧光峰随着 DNA的浓度增加,荧光强度显著增强,据此可以测定DMA,检测限可达 1.1μg/L.确定了最佳条件,方法简便快速,对合成样品中DNA测定结果令人满意.
The fluorescent enhancement of berberine by nucleic acid(DNA) in aqueous solution was studied. Berberine and nucleic acid interacted strongly with each other. The excitation wavelength was 362 nm and the emission wavelength was 531 nm. The intercalation mode was proved to exist. The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0 - 2.5 mg/L for calf thymus DNA. The limit of determination was 1.1 μg/L. Synthetic samples were determined with satisafactory results.
