摘要
研究了采用电感耦合器件(CCD)近红外光谱仪在短波近红外区域(700~1100nm)、利用偏最小二乘回归(PLS)测定柴油中芳烃含量的方法.考虑样品颜色对短波近红外光谱的影响,对波长范围的选择和基线处理方式进行了研究.考察了样品进人光路的时间对测定结果的影响.将CCDNIR对未知样品的预测结果与傅里叶变换近红外光谱(FT-NIR)在长波近红外范围(1000~2000nm)的预测结果及液相色谱的测定结果进行了比较,对测量的重现性进行了考察,相对标准偏差为0.17%.
A chaige-coupled-device-near-Infrared spectrometer ( CCD-NIR) was used to determine aromatics content in diesel in short wave near infrared spectral region (700 -1100 nm) with partial least square regression. Considering the effect of diesel color on the spectroscopy, the spectral region used to calibration was optimized and the baseline was treated by different methods. The effect of light radiation time on the diesel was also studied. The result predicted by CCD-NIR to unknown samples was compared with that by FT-NIR in long wave spectral region (1000 - 2000 nm) and that by high performance liquid chromatography. The relative standard deviation of the method was 0.2%.
