摘要
首先应用Madaline网络分离混合物中各组分的重叠光谱峰,然后对感兴趣的组分进行测定.一个两组分混合物的分析表明:本法的分析的结果优于偏最小二乘法的分析结果.
The overlapping spectra of chloramphenicol and metronidazole were resolved with Madaline, neural network. then the two components in the mixture were determined. Experimental data showed that the result were better than that determined with partial least square method.
