摘要
1991年10月30日马德里中东和平会议的召开及其巴以、约以之间一系列协议、宣言和条约的签署,标志着中东和平进程的启动,这是中东乃至世界历史上的具有重大意义的事件。中东和平进程之所以能够启动,原因固然是多方面的,但是,以色列政治尤其是领导人的个性政治特征无疑是其中最重要的因素。
It saw Madrid Peace Confenrence Opening on 30th,October,1991 and then a series of agreements,declarations and treaties were signed between Palestine and Israel.The above all mark the launch of the Middl East Peace process and it is a significant historic event.The reasons why the process can be launched successfully are various but leaders＇personal political characters undoutedly plays important role.
