摘要
以东北黑土为材料,研究长期施用有机肥和化肥对土壤颗粒有机质(POM)中中性糖特性的影响。结果表明,单施有机肥能显著提高POM中中性糖的总量且中性糖的总量随有机肥施用量的增加而显著提高;单施化肥没有明显的变化;有机肥与化肥配施能显著增加POM中中性糖的含量,但中性糖含量并不随有机肥施用量的增加而显著提高。有机肥与化肥间的交互作用能够削弱有机肥施用量对POM中中性糖含量的主导作用。单施有机肥有利于POM中植物源碳水化合物的积累;单施化肥对两种来源的中性糖的影响基本一致;有机肥与化肥配施有利于POM中植物源碳水化合物的积累。施用有机肥有利于提高POM的活性,能为微生物活动提供更多的碳源和能源。
The features of neutral sugars in soil Particulate Organic Matter (POM) were evaluated according to the long- term fertilization experiment. The results showed that manure addition increased POM concentration significantly, correspondingly, enhanced the accumulation of neutral sugars in POM. The differences were not obvious in the treatment with chemical fertilizer inputs. However, the combined application of manure and chemical fertilizer improved the enrichment of neutral sugars in POM, but didn't increase POM concentration. The effects caused by the application of higher amounts of manure were offset by the interaction of manure and fertilizer. It was concluded that manure application as well as the combination of manure and chemical fertilizer improved the accumulation of neutral sugars in POM.
