心电图QRS-T夹角临床意义探讨 被引量:4

摘要 自从心电图应用于临床以来,心电轴是心电图诊断的一项重要内容,心电轴的改变有助于识别心室肥厚、束支阻滞、心功能不全等。QRS-T夹角与QRS电轴、T波电轴密切相关,是一个简便而实用的临床指标。
