摘要
目的:探讨静脉尿路造影(IVU)检查前患者何时口服复方聚乙二醇电解质散较好。方法:将380例拟行IVU检查的患者随机分为A、B组,A组190例,检查前4h口服复方聚乙二醇电解质散;B组190例,检查前一天晚饭后2h口服同样剂量。观察2组服药后的排便情况、不良反应及X线摄片质量。结果:不良反应发生率A组为6.3%(12/190),B组为9.5%(18/190),2组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);A组平均首次排便时间、腹泻持续时间及排便次数分别为(21.4±7.4)min、(138.4±29.3)min和(4.7±2.3)次,B组平均首次排便时间、腹泻持续时间及排便次数分别为(20.9±9.8)min、(133.8±36.5)min和(4.4±2.1)次,2组差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);X线摄片质量良好率A组为73.7%(140/190),B组为57.9%(110/190),2组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:复方聚乙二醇电解质散用于IVU检查前的肠道清洁准备,不良反应少、肠道清洁效果佳,X线摄片质量好,检查前4h开始服更理想。
OBJECTIVE:To probe into the optimal medication time of poly(ethylene glycol)electrolyte powder(PEG-ELS) before intravenous urography(IVU). METHODS:380 patients as candidates for IVU were randomized into group A and group B (n=190). Group A were given oral dose of PEG-ELS at 4 h before examination and group B were given medicine at 2 h after supper the night before checking. The quality of X radiogram and adverse drug reactions of the patients as well as defecation time and times were observed and compared. RESULTS:The incidence of adverse drug reactions was 6.3%(12/190)in group A and 9.5% (18/190)in group B,and there was no statistical significance in difference between two groups(P0.05). The average initial defecation time,the average duration of defecation and the average times of defecation of group A were(21.4±7.4)min,(138.4±29.3) min and(4.7±2.3)times respectively and those of group B’s were(20.9±9.8)min,(133.8±36.5)min and(4.4±2.1)times respectively. There was no statistical significance in difference between two groups(P0.05). The rate of favorable X radiogram was 73.7%(140/190)in group A and 57.9%(110/190)in group B. There was statistical significance in difference between two groups (P0.05). CONCLUSION:Oral administration of PEG-ELS can achieve good effect of intestine cleaning and favorable X radiogram at 4 h before IVU with less adverse drug reaction.
