摘要
应用不确定性方法代替经验法和安全系数法进行采场结构参数优化设计是地下矿山开采设计的发展方向,为此提出了一种基于正交有限元-模糊可靠度-遗传算法的采场结构参数优化设计分析方法。首先应用正交有限元建立模糊可靠度计算的功能函数,获得在不同控顶高度和跨度时的采场顶板的模糊失效概率和模糊可靠度指标数学表达式。并用遗传算法优化求解,确定采场结构参数优化指标。通过该方法在云南省某铅锌矿采场优化设计实际应用表明:该方法是一种采场结构参数快速优化的新方法,优化结果和工程实际情况较为接近,有较好的实用价值。
It is the development direction to use uncertainty analysis method instead of safety factor method and empirical method for the stope structure parameters optimization design in underground mining.So in this paper presents a method to Optimization of stope structure parameters based on orthogonal finite element-fuzzy reliability-genetic Algorithm.Firstly,establish fuzzy reliability performance function of the stope roof and to obtain its fuzzy failure probability and fuzzy reliability index mathematical expression at different heights and span by orthogonal finite element calculation.Then application of genetic algorithms was used to determine the stope structure parameters optimization index.Through this method using in Zhao Tong Lead-Zinc Mine in Yunnan Province,the practical application shows that: this method is a fast optimization of Stope structural parameters new method which get results is relatively close to actual project,also have good practical value.
