摘要 美国20世纪90年代发展起来的社区药物治疗管理(MTM)模式,改变了传统的药师工作内涵,也给药师自身发展带来了全新的机遇,并已逐渐成为美国当前最主要的社区药学服务模式。本文简要介绍MTM服务的形成背景、核心内容等,以期对我国临床药学服务的开展提供借鉴。 The American community medication therapy management（MTM）,which originated in 1990s,has provided excellent opportunities for both pharmaceutical care and individual pharmacist.It has also become the primary mode of American community pharmacy care.This article would give an overview of the background and core elements of MTM as well as its enlightenment for our country.
