基质细胞衍生因子1在AMI中的研究进展
摘要
基质细胞衍生因子1(SDF-1)是一种组成性表达的趋化因子,其特异性地与受体CXCR4结合,在胚胎发育、造血、免疫和炎症反应、肿瘤的形成和转移、粥样斑块的形成以及干细胞的迁移等过程中发挥重要作用。此文重点将对SDF-1在急性心肌梗死中的作用的研究进展作一综述。
