摘要
目的观察电针治疗对脑缺血-再灌注(I-R)损伤后大鼠颈静脉血氧饱和度(SjO2)的影响。方法雄性SD大鼠24只,随机均分脑I-R(A)组、脑I-R+电针(B)组及假手术(C)组。采用4-VO法建立大鼠全脑缺血模型,于再灌流开始后1h内,B组电针"百会"、"命门"和"足三里"穴,电针频率30~50Hz,间断疏密波,电流强度1mA,以局部肌肉轻微震颤为度,时间20min。缺血24h后,右颈静脉抽血0.5ml,测定SjO2和乳酸。结果 A组SjO2水平明显高于C组(P<0.05),乳酸值显著降低(P<0.05);与A组比较,B组SjO2明显降低,乳酸水平升高(P<0.05)。结论电针治疗可明显改善脑细胞代谢水平,增加氧的摄取和利用。
Objective To observe the effects of electroacupuncture (EA) on jugular venous blood oxygen saturation(SjO2) and blood lactate in rats with cerebral ischemia-reperfusion(I-R) injury.Methods Twenty-four male SD rats were randomized into groups of A(cerebral I-R),B(cerebral I-R+EA) and C(sham operation) with eight rats each.Transient general brain ischemia was induced by four-vessel occlusion and reperfusion. EA(30 to 50 Hz,1 mA) was applied to baihui(GV20),mingmen(GV4) and zusanli(ST36) for 20 min within 1 hour during reperfusion.Right jugular vein was cannulated to withdraw 0.5 ml blood samples for blood gas analysis and lactate examination at 24 h after ischemia.Results The SjO2 was higher and lactate was lower in group A than those in group C(P0.05).The level of SjO2 was lower and lactate was higher in group B than those in group A(P0.05).Conclusion The treatment with EA may improve the metaboilic level of brain cell and increase oxygen absorbtion in rats with cerebral I-R injury.
