摘要
本文在以往学者对知识管理概念及图书馆知识管理研究的基础上作了分析总结。论述了医院图书馆实施知识管理的重要性和必要性，医院图书馆知识管理的重点在于搞好知识服务，探讨了医院图书馆实施知识管理、开展创新性知识服务的举措。
This paper analyzed and summarized the conception on knowledge manage and former research of scholar on knowledge manage of library, disserrated the significance and necessity of actualizing knowledge manage in hospital library. Implementation of knowledge management in hospital libraries must focus on doing well knowledge service. The paper discussed the implementation about knowledge management and the innovative act of knowledge service in hospital libraries.
