小口径光纤陀螺快速精密定向测斜研究 被引量:14

摘要 针对油气井测量所面临的小口径、高温、高冲击等环境挑战,研究了一种应用小口径光纤陀螺和MEMS加速度计构成的新型油气井用快速定向测斜系统,为确保该环境下的测量精度,提出了快速粗测与精测相结合的方法,设计了优化的二位置寻北方案,通过旋转自动调整测量位置,并用小波滤波对信号进行处理,以实现仪器快速精密定向测斜。论文给出了系统方案、寻北测斜算法和小波滤波算法。测试结果表明:该系统90s定向精度优于±1°,倾角精度达到±0.1°以内,信号传输距离超过9000m。该方案采用了固态结构的惯性敏感器,使系统抗冲击能力大大提高,可靠性增强,各主要指标均优于传统动调式定向仪,非常适合全天候野外作业环境,具有广阔的应用前景。 Aiming at the challenges faced in oil and gas well measurement: small-caliber, high temperature, high shocking and etc., a new type of oil and gas well orientation inclinometerimg system adopting fiber optic gyroscope and MEMS accelerometer has been studied. To ensure the measurement precision under this environment, this paper develops a method combining quick glancing measurement and precision measurement, designs an optimal two position north-seeking scheme to adjust the measurement position automatically and adopts wavelet filter to reduce the noise of the fiber gyro. The system scheme, optimal north-seeking arithmetic and wavelet filter arithmetic are given in this paper. Tests results show that the system orientation precision reaches to ±1°, incline precision reaches to ±0.1° within 90 seconds, and the signal transmission distance can exceed 9 000 meters. The system adopts solid state inertial sensors to improve the ability of withstanding high shocks and reliability. The system is very suitable for all-weather field environment and is an ideal oil and gas well orientation inclinometer.
